In this episode I brought on my friend Ashley Stahl, host of the You Turn Podcast, to talk about making an income from your podcast.

First Ashley shares her personal story of leveraging networking events to land a job at the Pentagon, only to realize it wasn't for her due to the traumatic nature of the work. While paying off half a million dollars of debt and finding alignment with herself after a perceived failure in her career coaching business. This was really relatable and valuable for her to share.

The most valuable lesson from this episode is the importance of sustainability and nourishment when starting a podcast or business. Ashley and I emphasize the need to find a structure that works for you, focus on consistency, and build trust with your audience before monetizing.
