This is like a peek into our what it sounds like when we talk on our coaching calls.
But what I wanted to talk with Taylor on the podcast is we have been working together for a really long time and because we're so much in each other's energy all the time. It's crazy how we get the same downloads at the same time, and all of a sudden Taylor will come to me and she'll be like, “I’m creating this program called KNOWN. And I'm like, Oh my God, I have a program called KN/OWN that's coming out” we've done this twice now that it has become kind of eerie. But I swear, we're just riding the same vibrational wave and grabbing downloads.
And what I wanted to share is neither one of us have ever backed down from our programs, and we've never felt competition around names, branding or whatever. And we've both we've literally launched at the same time!

“You guys, if you're on the stage you are playing the biggest, because most people are not even willing to step onto the stage. And you did. And here you are.”
In a Voxer container this week, a client asked a question around the idea of playing small versus being in your power. She said, “Can you riff a bit on power and playing small? I feel like I'm often not in my power or I play small, so I'd love to hear any insight on this.” I'm going to share with you the response that I sent to her in Voxer because I think I said it in a really condensed, potent way.
And then I'm going to expand on this a little bit afterwards for you guys, because this was such a meaty, amazing question. I was actually even really surprised with where my mind brought me to this because there was an old version of myself that would have entertained the belief that there is a possibility to play small, now I don't think that's the most useful way of looking at life.

While paying off half a million dollars of debt and finding alignment with herself after a perceived failure in her career coaching business. This was really relatable and valuable for her to share.

Ashley and I emphasize the need to find a structure that works for you, focus on consistency, and build trust with your audience before monetizing.
